Make a bed using casuarina poles 4ft x 6ft. Add leaf mixed in cow dung slurry to 4 ft height. Cover with a gunny bag and sprinkle water on the bag as and when the bag is very dry. Leave it for 40 days and you mulch is ready. Gardens and parks can do this composting and the mulch can be used in the garden instead of burning fossil fuels for buying manure from outside .
