Millet Dosa
Millets are gluten free , rich in minerals like calcium and iron. grown traditionally in India. This dosa is not fermented dough and hence is not acidic food. How to make : 1 cup fox tail millet, 1/2 cup green gram or moong daal , 1 tsp flax seeds, 1 tsp white sesame, 1/4 cup urad dal , 1/4 cup ground nut , 3 almonds. Soak all above in water overnight for 12 hours. Grind this into a fine paste by adding green or white chillies. Add 1/4 tsp turmeric powder and 1/2 tsp chilly powder. Add salt to taste. You can add more water and make like dosa or just retain thick paste and make them like small vadas on thava. Eat with coconut chutney . These are healthy dosas .
